Bard songs: vs mental - this one is correct

commune: vs spell - not always. Though most are svs, there are some that save vs con (anything related to disease) and some vs mental (I believe some supplications in the breaker path, though that's just off the top of my head)

transmuter spells: varies widely. Most are save vs spell, but neurological disruption is save vs paralysis (and the main reason you'd need svp). Mental jolt is save vs mental.
