Two separate characters. Iammda flat out evaded him. I had to rank by summoning a LOT or in some out of the way places. With Delzor I was wanting to power to the mummy quest. So I wanted to not have to avoid him.
But... If you don't want to fight him go Empire.

But... He was the one who Anathed Delzor. By that time I was a specter and if I was half decent I would have at least tried to sleep him ONCE before deleting :)

You're right though. The way I worded that was funny. 2 different characters though.
