Go to the forgotten island. There's an arial healer there with an energy shield. Reduce your dam roll as much as possible and spar with him.

He will heal himself and you can't break his shield. I just flee if he gets too hurt, he will recover quickly. Pretty sure he's neutral but I didn't kill him anyhow.
