Outlander seems to have a ton of players ATM, although it's obviously hard to spot them.

Village went through a rough patch but has decent numbers now.

Empire was crazy strong with Bak pulling huge hours, but has stepped off with his and a few other key deletes.

Fortress I'm not too sure, seems to have numbers but has had only 1 leader for a while.

Tribunal seems busier than I've seen them for a long time.

Entropy was dead for a long time, but now has a few members. The IMMs on the main forums are talking about big changes coming soon too.

Scarab is quiet with only a few key players, but they never have big numbers.
