Everyone else is pretty healthy, with the possible exception of Entropy, but right now the enemies of order are plentiful. Battle, Fort, and Outlander are well populated at the moment, usually with a strong presence. You could argue that Empire is healthy right now numberswise but imperials are mostly disposable characters, so the numbers are skewed a bit IMO and factor in that playtimes are very erratic for imperials and there end up being a few hours of any given day that Empire has more than a couple or few on at a time. Trib is not especially prevalent in the off hours, but that is usually the case.
