Anyone could drop some clues on where to get some word of recall potions as a lowbie outlander pledge?

I have found a TON of wildy vendors of recall pots, but as a lowbie I cant get/scavenge anything that's worth the around 3000 that they usually cost.

Best stuff that I have found is the gem in the campfire for around 1200. I searched the forum and found a bunch of low cost stuff to barter with, but nothing that reaches the 3000.

Teleport is not a problem, but word of recall is beyond me. Btw, owlbears would rape me.
