Was thinking of giving empowerment a real try with my next character and was thinking about a shield dedicate and was comparing races and would like to know your thoughts. I'm assuming they need more str than dex given the lack of dodge.

Dwarf:
Pros:
25 con (with your sanc I assume this goes a LONG way)

19 int/wis (seems midrange)
Hydrophobic
Vuln to drowning

Elf: (the wrath spammer which I don't think I really want to be)

Azuretouched:
Pros:
Conviction sounds really cool.
Con:
Stats seem pretty meh overall. Probably be fun as a healer

I was really debating between dwarf and storm for a tanky shield ded.
