Those are ones you can get solo at hero with some effort and timing.

There are lots of instruments and not all the ones that are high level are better than ones that are low to mid level. Also, plenty of race specific instruments are really nice. The most important thing to remember is that the biggest affect on your songs will be from your current chosen rep rather than the instrument.
