It’s no better than the blue dragon horn or horns of valor (which compare equal) but it is insanely hard to get and super heavy like you mentioned. Both horns are super easy to get but the blue one is more limited and not always in.

While ghostly lute is not limited, it's not always on the mob and generally cannot be obtained solo (n/t)
