I had a storm squire with it a long time ago. Sword/axe maelstrom enigma.

Quaffing potions in combat was awesome and saved me a whole bunch.

When I could get my hands on it (it was highly limited, and I wasn't the only one that wanted it) Withering hidden assassins/thieves/evil outlanders out of camo was pretty nice.

I also made a number of shifters and shaman flee when I started pebble-to-bouldering them to lag them. I never was a threat to them...but all of a sudden they were being lagged, and it spooked them.

I did land a particularly powerful cone of cold on a fire giant once got him to convulsing.... but he was an ap, he fled, came back, and bashed me into the ground.
