They're basically a couple rooms and a dragon, but they're also separate areas. By "couple of rooms" I mean maybe 9-10 rooms plus the dragon. Whole area is no recall, the mobs are almost all aggro, and there's usually a mob in every room. So if you have to flee, you're generally fleeing into another aggro mob. Some of them have other nasty surprises waiting for you.
