So it's probably not a full extra chance to dodge at your character's normal chance, but more like a second chance to dodge at a set "Dance" %, which is higher for high dex characters but fires more for low dex characters due to them not dodging as often (or something like that, Daevryn wasn't completely transparent about it).

I'd like someone who's not me to try out an elf or arial with concealed and report back. :P
