Starcraft II uses a time based bonus pool of experience. Applies to CF it would look like this:
Every 24 hours you get 5000 experience of bonus experience which you attain when you log in for one hour. The bonus pool would be capped at 5000 experience, so it would maximize for folks who play one hour each day.
If you think that the leveling situation in CF is good, then explain to me how to level a class which can't tank solo from 30-51 while being ganked by level sitters and bored heroes.
