Before, arials could practice once and get 71 percent, and use the additional practices gained to train hp. It helped mitigate their shitty con. Kind of like how gnome wisdom helps to make up for the blunt vuln and mediocre con.

Now you either give up the hp or accept training skills up from the lower 60's. And I hate spamming skills.
