Even a Fire Giant will get all weapons into the 90s and the more popular ones (mace, dagger, axe, sword, h2h) to 100% by the mid to late 20s. Parry, disarm, trip and dirt should be done by then too if you're spamming. Other skills IMO aren't so critical and will come as you rank.

I actually really enjoy that part, I don't know why. I find it quite therapeutic to chuck on a youtube video/netflix and solo away.
