I guess you could rank by "for the ideal race, how much of a boost does this give you"?
Top tier:
1. Striking the Shadows Footfall for elves
2. Greeting the Avalanche for bashers
3. Cry of Thunder for almost anyone, especially warriors who can lag well
4. Space between Heartbeats for w-elf/d-elf/gnome
5. Gates of the Forge for villager svirf (villagers have limited ability to pick fights and need to be "meaty")
6. Soul of the Mountain for elves with STSF
7. Crashing of Waves for villager-enemy giant with Greeting the Avalanche
8. Landslide for warriors with no reliable lagging spec skill or giant-bash (e.g. STSF elf sword/dagger)
For all of them, they contribute somehow to sealing kills or real survivability (not eating damage, but surviving kill attempts). Even the defensives: Soul to allow STSF more time to charge, and Gates on a svirf villager who doesn't have a lot of fight mobility.
Lag: Greeting, Landslide
Burst: Cry
Unexpectedly turning the fight: Striking, Cry
Damage: Space, Cry, Crashing
Surviving kill attempts: Greeting, Crashing, Soul, Gates, Cry
