Don't get your hopes up.

Exotics are best if you are a warrior with the legacy. Then it becomes a third spec. Some exotic skills do nifty things (disarm that does big damage, causes bleeding, is nice in itself, but I think one exotic may even be able to damn enemies).

If you are a warrior with the legacy you will tank really well and have decent offense with exotics. That's not so true of other classes. But since as a warrior it does those things, it gives you more options with your choice of specs.
