Healing Druids

Can druids heal others with mend wounds? Do they need "x number" of restorative herbs to do so? How big are the heals? <100 hp / ~100hp / >100hp. Never played a druid, any help would be much appreciated.

(I realize they can heal with herb like rangers... but that's not what I'm talking about...)
