Looking to come back after a bit of a hiatus.

What are the current Cabal dynamics? Who's strong, who's weak, etc.

Looking purely at the numbers it appears as though Fort, Village and Outlander are all strong.

Scarab looks dead and Empire numbers are low relative to what they were when I last played.

Obviously this only captures actual numbers, not active characters but on the face of it it feels like Fort/Village would be bored shitless and Empire/Scarab would be forever ganked.
