I'm seeing it exceed 20 with some regularity now. Usually in teens and nearer 20 than 10. Decently high proportion in hero range. Still lots of stealth classes. Last time I was on, hero assassins outnumbered all other heroes combined, albeit numbers weren't super high then.

I'm also not seeing a lot of bad behaviour. Might be because no one dies to me any more.
