You can be uninducted for being a pacifist. I was uninducted for refusing to raid the Tribunal while a paladin defended.

Reavers can and will attack you at the tree I've had reavers go as far as attacking me OVER tribunal paladins.
This was posatalis and Shamanman's felar ranger muzzret. (No RP murder ranger) (granted I was considered a pledge) (It was super lame either way)

If you start hunting goodies you will get knocked on align for it. Defending the Tree isn't terrible but actively trying to kill good aligns won't work.\

The biggest thing is you don't HAVE to do anything. You are free to choose what you want but on the otherside other characters get to choose what they want too. The cabal is about freedom and goodie outlander is about healing Thar-eris. You should be preaching to the good aligned about protecting Thar-eris.
