You don't get to go from being in the Fort, fighting and killing evil, holding hands with pallies, to being 'buddy buddy' with my Reaver ranger. Especially when in my 20s and 30s when I was pking midbie forties and you were a hero in Fort, you were talking CRAZY smack to me. All the time. About how I wouldn't rank up, how I was nothing etc etc. I told you, ICly, that when I came up, I was coming for that ass. And I did.

In that specific instance, the reason I *wasn't* in trouble, was because I attacked the paladin first I believe. Then you. And I'm pretty sure I only attacked you after I told you to get the fuck away from the Tree because I didn't want you there because I could handle it. But you cocked off, talked smack, and got beat down. I wasn't forced to fight anyone to the death, due to the goodie warden Shaman's rp, we ended up getting into it and fighting. Yes, he did win. I didn't have enough oils of sight on me to deal with a prolonged duel against a prepared shaman. Especially since he and I were in the same cabal so I can't snare or ambush him. Even still, it wasn't what I'd consider a beatdown. After that duel, Aylosi vis'd and we talked about what had transpired. I was given imm exp and applauded for sowing chaos, I was told that even though I lost, I made Outlander stronger. It's the Reaver's job to keep other outties sharp even if they dislike our methods, and that since you were a pledge and had extenuating circumstances due to being a Fort > Outtie convert (of your own volition), that until you proved yourself to the ancients the Tree's protection didn't apply to you.
