"Explore. In majority of trips you should be Hero and better if you have some groupmates. Otherwise you either can not survive in that place or could not get that nice looking shinie."
If you have such a hard time getting preps and it takes you an hour to earn enough for a return potion (something I read from a previous post of yours) Try exploring non-aggro areas, like Udgaard, South Darien Settlement, etc., for shops that will actually sell you stoneskin, frenzy, etc, IE - Preps. This is exploring too, you don't have to take on the gate guard in Thar-Accaccia to be exploring.
"So, to explore you need to rank to Hero and gather some group . "
This is inexperience and frustration, not truth.
"Ranking. For me and majority of others fun ranking is when you are in group. So you need to find some group again. "
You can rank just fine as two, and just fine as one. You can find areas where you will do just fine by yourself and also out of the way from attackers an rank easily, while "exploring" at the same time. I remember when I first discovered the "other orc village" and to this day do low-level ranking with my characters there.
"RP. In most cases its just occasional moments. You can not tell someone "Hail, lets meet and make some good RP?". Sometimes you have interesting talk, or meeting or storytelling in the Inn or such. "
This is just entirely wrong. If you want good roleplay, you need to set the standard. You can't expect someone to put effort out there if you're sending tells: Wanna third? Role play is highly contagious, so step it up if you want your groupmates to do-so in kind.
"PK. Unless you are vet and wish to win you need to prepare, especially for those, who playing mage-classes like me. Lets make some short list: enlarge/reduce, aura/stoneskin/shield (just basic set, no protection or barrier or resist elements), fly, potion of recall, some coins. Nothing extraordinary. ""
Again, this is entirely misinfo. You can pk with ANY character at ANY level if you simply pick your fights, exploit disadvantages of your enemies, and use a little common sense. Hell, I've had formless shapeshifters do ANNIHILATES to my rangers in the past simply because they put a little fortitude and creativity in how to use their skill set before getting forms. Preps help, but preps don't make the PK. Obviously, if someone is zapped/quaffed up the ass, they will have the upperhand--- for a few hours. So by time, bait them, get them in a chasing game, stun them, sleep them, dispell them, etc etc etc. You just have to think a little man.
"So, to summarize, to gain fun you should find groupmates or go get some preps. While it can be easy for those, who plays in long sessions few times in a week, for those like me, who play short sessions often its problem."
I play 2-4 hours a week on average, if I'm lucky, I get in 1 or 2 four hour sessions a week. I am certainly no pk guru, but when any of my characters are logged in, you can bet your ass there's at least a few in my PK range that are going to be extra paranoid. If this game is really that un-fun for you then let me ask you a question, Why are you here? CF is not for everyone and it has a steep curve, but if you're ruining your leisure life by bitching at something you don't want to figure out without leaving the perspective of what you believe is right and wrong, this may not be the place for you, try WoW.
"I login, wait doing nothing in my guild till someone suitable for group comes. Then we should seek third. Then second says "Oh, mind wanders shortly" and we wait. Then third is get killed and leaves and we find another. Then that another says "I must get some item, wait please". So, much time wasted for waiting for groupmates and waiting when they finish their businesses."
So there ya have it, you sit there, and wait for someone to grab your hand and lead you around. Go look for fights, go Explore, go figure out what shops sell what items, or where you can sell stuff lying around, or where enemies like to rank, or where to find preps, or where to find a new ranking area, or upgrade your set, or practice your skills/spells, go do SOMEthing. If you're just going to sit in a guild somewhere and spam tells for groups then wait for the action to come to you, yeah, that sounds pretty fucking boring to me too. I have a blast when I mud, and it's because I don't wait for the game to come to me, I take it to the game.
"I am not...eh...exaggerating really. Some times I wait/waste 20-40-60-120 minutes before actually start to learn. And if I play 2 nights in a week its fine. But if I play 10 times by 2 hours it is not. "
Sounds like a major problem, and I think it lies particularily with the player. Refer to above response. If you're struggling that hard, or that vulnerable to move around on your own, then develop your character, your role, talk to Heroes, goto the Inn and get drunk an rp with the Heralds, do SOMETHING. Sitting there is just sitting there. No one is going to play for you.
"About PK. Mages can not PK till 40. Average mages I mean, Yhorian, dont even argue here :P
And before PK you need to go here and there and gather all that set of preps, which is not fun at all. "
I know I said it before, but with those wands, a shapeshifter form-less mage can two-round certain races very easily. I don't see any classes that don't have options to kill. Of course no class has it easy with every class, and this comes into play with picking your fights. You need to rephrase this with YOUR mages can not PK till 40, not mages generally.
"And that is why CF became boring for me and I left it to MUD where max players online - 4, but you can rank some and just go explore alone and you would be able to kill some monsters and gather some gear and you dont need to gather set of preps for PK because there are no really preps in that world. "
Sorry man, but I have no idea wtf you just said.
"Is that only my experience or someone feels it the same way?"
Everyone had to start once, but overall, I think this is just you. Try and be open minded, because recently a LOT of info has been gracefully given to you, but I think you might be tunnel visioned and sharply close-minded to listening to it.
I also tend to be much more abrasive when I think I am giving good advice, so don't take anything personal, and good luck.
