In order to land these kills that you seem to be very convinced are readily available, you are going to have to land multiple different spells, none of which are simple to land, all while keeping your opponent from simply fleeing. I mean sure, if you put every maledict on the guy at once, he's going to have some trouble. That's the same way with a lot of combos. That is not particularly deadly.
Our counterpoint is the unspeak ambush - > snare -> unspeak ambush kill. The ambush isn't going to miss much, and in the event you're in danger of killing your foe, your chances having them flee into the snare are anywhere between 25-100% based on your choice of battleground. Do you believe that flat out killing someone before they know what hit them is less deadly than slowly putting on several maledicts that often take 5-10 tries to land each, generally all of which need to be active to seal your kill?
Sorry, Wildgirl. I don't believe I'm confused. You're confusing potential with results here. There is no way an equally skilled player lands as many kills with wasps and mosquitoes and vengeance as he does with a big ambush or two.
