Look at the characters timeline on the PBF there is no mention of receiving a tat, they do get mentioned there, like empowerment and hero deletion, etc.

Besides the character was sphere spirit, who would give her a tat? Sebeok? I think he is the only sphere spirit IMM right now, doesn't seem likely given the relationship between outlander and scion.
