Humm? I am curious as to other aspects of it.

What about Gank code ? alot of high counts also have retarted gank numbers, getting the last hit is fine but getting the last hit 35 times in your chars life (which is not a high amount for some Imperial squads of old) means you just put out some damage and roll 4-7 deep. Even with 55 kills spread out solo in that case it puts you at 90pks 1/3 of which were just gank.

What makes a good villager ? high pk's ? low deaths? both (does that exist) ?
You see some villagers with 150 kills but over long long times as villagers like 300+ hours
does that mean that they are not really that bad ass villagers should kick more ass or does that mean
they just didnt have what it takes to finish with that spec's leg's combo ?

Some villagers rack up pk's just cus they have whip as a spec in raid cases heh.

Speaking of raids uncabaled with 100+ kills can be done easy as a loner everyone is a target but hey also raids = madness and constant fighting, no looking and weak moments when people become easy pk's.

Peoples skill I think plays a large factor on their foes skills

I try to fight people I hear are tough or see as bad ass builds.
If they whip me good I try to find where I made mistakes and take another shot at them.
Sometimes I get to fights where I just cant beat them and I look it over thinking well hell that build is tough.
But to use that build that well is what takes skill. And that needs to be aknowladged.
Alot of people see chars that are bad ass and think oh I cant beat them or oh that combo is too powerful.
There are some power combos yea but to pull them off and use them and make them REAL power chars
That is what takes skill. Granted if some one can pull off a Gnome Conji that whips as much ass as a Dark Elf conji in scion then yea thats cooler in my book. But you cant say ohhh so and so is just bad ass cus he is a dark elf conji in scion, because there have been a thousand attempts at every combo that people say is overpowred and most of them fail, you just dont hear about the failed combos like you hear about the one or two that figure out a char and learn to put the concept into a powerful combo.

Hunso was a beast of a beast but how many firegiant sword specs have sucked before him ? How many were sect leaders and still did nothing worth note. How many made emperor and were good but just not thattt good.

How many Villagers have X build, how many have X build with Y spec how many rolled up XY and when they logged in no one would ever raid or even defend if XY was solo.

How many shifters have gone this major that minor, howmany have had those exact forms, howmany have made those forms feared by there foes ?

To me Skill really has nothing to do with high kill rates because some of the most skilled pk' peeps in the game dont rack in the amount of kills they could or should do to Role, Align, Cabal or not, Imm interaction, Explore, Bored of char, Borde of killing newer folk, quests, yet if you put them up against people who rack up 150 kills they would destory them 1v1.

Its generally a open field really with alot of different aspects to it.

*sigh* Sorry bored at work, stupid middle east project :(

thats my ranting babble for now, not sure if it even makes sense :)

Add 9. They play during peak times

ExPaladin(VIP) January 17, 2008 08:23AM

I'd say playtimes play a big role for most people.

Krilcov January 17, 2008 09:09AM

Also 10. Nail kills on heros

Align plays the biggest factor.

Actually, Karel's a great example of a skilled player that hasn't had a high PK count good warrior.

Jinroh != Blitz. The point was align, though. 100+ pk good align warriors are _rare_. nt

Yep. Fewer targets = fewer PKs = less fun for mass PK players n/t
