One, the number of warriors in the game. Lots of combos for warriors tends to lead to lots of warriors.

Two, less dam redux for warriors. So when I, as an AP have dam redux, I can focus on damage.

Warriors, however, are also pretty good at killing aps.

I would agree with whomever said dam redux matters more than haste. It used to be different before, I believe, but not anymore.
