I generally understand the mino speech if they keep it simple and with short sentances. But then you get those minos who love to use long and difficult words. Then add in some dialect(before the CF based mangle), resulting in totally incomprehensible lines of text. I could probably decipher it, given a bit of time, but I really cant be arsed. I dont play CF to analyse mangled text.
