Generally those two cabals have the short end of the Title stick. In Scion's case, it seems like absentee IMMs and high RP expectations. In Empire's case, I guess you could say it is consistent with the "generic imperial soldier" attitude that an Imperial IMM would probably have towards morts - not sure what the "real" reason is, though. Of course, when I'm playing those cabals, I could give two shits about a title when I'm rocking the best cabal powers in the game with very few drawbacks.

Overall, though, it's pretty awesome to see PKers/players of your and Tongni's caliber caring so much about fluffy-bunny rewards like Titles. Because the secret to getting them is REAL easy to do and it makes the game more fun for everyone: Roleplay. I'm looking forward to seeing what well-RPd/PK'ing Title-earning characters you guys will churn out. (seriously, no sarcasm there.)
