I think post-PK is a horrible time to interact for the first time.

IC anger from the victim is not going to come across as IC, at all, unless you have some kind of pre-established relationship with the PK winner(s).

Any comments from the PK winner(s) if they loot any gear at all (and especially if they dropped a full sac on the victim), is going to come across as being a douche.

It's better to just not talk at all if you can help it. Personally, most times I can. Some times I can't. :P

The alternative is to build up an IC relationship before the PK goes down. Although that can be hard, as well, because more than a few of the higher end PKers do not like to RP through verbal communication (they'd rather interact with you by PKing you). ;)
