Pick a svirfneblin warrior with the legacy that defends best against larger people, reduce youself and fuck them up; I think i even seen a giant hunterish title on one.
Picking axe/dagger I think is tits up. Increased defenses mean you are firing those undershot things like crazy, svirfs are amazing with axes, daggers are ....daggers are daggesrs
