The helpfile made me think Lullaby was more Romantic.

From help lullaby:

"Using soft tone and graceful melody, a skilled bard can sing this powerful
lullaby that lures many into a deep and immediate sleep."

From help romantic:

"Consumed with subjects of love and fantasy, the
romantic bard is able to paint pictures with her words, affecting those around
her with subtle nuance.

Generally, the romantic repertoire is of a gentle strain, best suited to songs
that twist perception and inspire passion."

Tragic is good at lullaby. Outlanders have chameleon. Tragic + Outlanders = ability to sleep without being hit first. (n/t)

Me too. As to my reasoning, I figure as an outlander I'd be going for more fiend kills

The timer on switching repertoires is extremely long.
