It's been > 5 years since I played CF, and I just started again. Even then I never made it even close to hero. Does this item still exist?

Short: glinting silver ring
Names: ring silver
Type: armor, Wear: finger
Flags: magic
From: the Giant Sewer Rat in the Sewers
Weight: 1, Value: 160, Level: 4
Material: silver
Armor: 2 2 4 0
Affect: hit roll 4

Any hints if it does?
