If you were to rate these weapons parry abilities (take dex out of the equation if possible), what would your ranking be?

Here is my guess, but not sure:

Mace
Flail
Whip
Axe
Dagger

So in a hypothetical, let's say you're playing a Fire A-P, ideally you would primary wield a Mace before a flail before an axe. Is that correct?
