Exactly how detrimental is worn/carry weight to your ability to dodge with a dexy build? I've heard that under 35% is the best for dodge, is that true? For 17-19 str that's not a lot of weight. Preps, food, even boats are heavy as hell. Is it worth the hassle to keep it under 35% or is under half good enough?
