I've had enough fights that ended with me at 5-10%, but I never aim to that as some kind of standard to uphold. I just play the game.

My characters age die because I'm not shy to make use of my knowledge, and because I have enough fun not to get bored with a character. And I have fun because I do things that I like doing. Including, but not limited to: socializing, fighting, exploring, mastering skills, thinking through my role and how it can develop, arguing my character's philosophy, telling stories, teaching people about gear and preps. Those whose scope of view is limited to just fighting, will never learn to have fun in CF.
