My Observations:
Duration: 3-16 Ticks(I have had at least 4 16 Tick Malice in recent memory)
How it kills:
Unlike Rot, there is a chance that Malice won't add -Con, but it can add it on every instance of the Immolation like affect. So you could get multiple -Con in a Tick. What to do? +Con Set for sure, at a minimum. Don't walk, don't move, and definitely don't fight. More likely to get -CON when not resting. Poison Resist Def helps with the -Con. The less resist you have the more likely to get -CON. So stack resist poison.(Green Dragon Hide is the best option here if you can get your hands on it and keep it) At the end of the day, yes, you can survive it, and yes it really sucks for Low CON Races/Long Lived Chars that are low on con in general. It can be survived if you get out of the fight immediately and take precautions. Even at very low CON, but then you are out of commission for at least 4-20 ticks.... So it's try to get the kill and die to malice, or just don't fight and wait for them to drop it on you again.
At the end of the day, Malice should be like ROT was, where you can only call it to initiate combat. That would go a long way to keeping the fight a bit more even. Anyone who plays a shaman that's not poison path is def going to get less in terms of PK count. It is by far the Most OP path of them all to date. As a faith virtue paladin, or a paladin in general, its the only path that I really worry about killing me.
