How is it that wrath got nerfed but this spell didn't? I mean, shit, the fucking spell only costs 15 mana for christ sakes and it saps movement. There's clearly a reason that a lot of APs spam it. It just seems a bit much. Also, wtf is with dispel? How broken is that shit. All these logs just reminded me of how ridiculous it is. I mean, if you couldn't cast while you were fighting, then maybe, but just to be able to drop a characters entire buff set with one spell....fuck.

ps. Not saying I wouldnt spam the same shit, but that doesn't make it not lame.
