The Center 
  You stand within the heart of the tower of Thar-Acacia, the very center of
the city itself.  The shining edifice that surrounds you is the product of an 
age long past, but the passage of time has done nothing to dim the beauty and 
imposing dignity of the tower.  This room is a large circle, with a spiraling 
staircase curving around the room and up to the next floor of the tower.  The 
redstone floor of the hallways gives way to a large tiled mosaic that runs from
wall to wall across the room.  Tall arched hallways run east, west, north, and 
south of here, while the curving staircase will carry you up to the fourth  
floor or down to the second.
