I don't remember calling anyone a moron. I'm just extremely narrow-minded
in what I want out of this game (PK), and I can't see myself having any fun
with ranger now. So I'm really talking about my playstyle, but ppl get
defensive at the drop of a hat.
My CF playing days are over unless playerbase expands radically,
but since I have a lot of time on my hands these days I started
working on a WebGL client for CF with some graphical effects
(I've posted on officials about that some time ago).
There's too many things the implementors could do to help the game
(even something as simple as sending vnums or MSDP) by letting 3rd parties
without code visibility experiment and build-upon, but none of that
has been done either. It's extremely hard to find the motivation
to keep going in this sort of environment.
