One time I called The Hunt on a scion? shaman who was standing on the tainted ground by the Tree.

It rebounded and chased me all over Thera in condor form. IIRC if you get too far away from it it reappears in a thunderclap in the room with you.

I eventually beat it, but he had enough ticks to retrieve before I was in any shape to return.
