Unless Maran mantle flight isn’t in the items check. I know it did it to me flying with mantle more than once when someone else had it. I remember someone posting an allusion to it needing ground under you, so maybe it doesn’t work on water or in the air like over the river around Hamsah or he old path to Arial city.
