Outside the Northern Gate 
  The massive stone wall around the city of Seantryn Modan rises high above
you to the south.  An enormous iron gate sets in the wall, an awesome sight
to behold.  The large dirt road up to the gate is surrounded by a dry spiked
moat to either side, making it nearly impossible to get into the city
except through the gate.  High above you on the wall, lies an overlook of the
gate manned with guards.  The dirt road continues to the north, while it
enters into the city to the south.  You notice a large sign posted in plain
view, made for all to see.
