cellar and bottled.  In a corner is a blazing furnace, molten glass glowing red.
Long hollow tubes are stacked in the corner that are used to gather the glass
and blow them into the requisite shape.  The just cooled bottles, are delivered
to the corkers who fill the vessels with wine and seal them. The bottles are 
then packed into protective cases and sealed, no filled bottles are left out and
unattended.  A stairway on the east wall leads down next to the large opening 
that the casks of wine are brought up through.
