The easiest way to spot nep chars was to look for the guy who should get tons of rewards that was proactively seeking to avoid them.

As far as finding people you don’t need to be 60 to snoop. Basically only twist and nep produce numerous badass morts.

I am generally pretty good at hunting but I know one player who has a supernatural ability to find people and he doesn’t cheat to do so. In head to head fights he has a bit of an edge on me but when I have played builds similar to his I had only 10% the kills.

Some people are just really good at the game.
