If it does fool people, all it will do is make them flee.
Maybe it has a limited use for someone who gets jumped on by an opportunist thinking you're in bad shape, but honestly, that barely seems worth it for the trade off in lost pk opportunities because people fled.
And those ranges are a little insane. Gushing to dead makes it far far too obvious you have the edge. It should probably show you at 5-10% healthier than you are, not 40% or whatever the gushing cut off is.
feign weakness makes sense, at least on a bard since the hp can be anywhere from 700-1300 on bards depending on gear, and you want people to over commit to the fight.
Strength just seems meh.
