Half Drow has a 24 dex cap
Half Elf has a 23 dex cap
I think the Imm reason for the difference being elves do not have the ability to have 24 dex (which means half elf is clearly high elf, not wood elf), so how could a halfie have higher dex than the more dexterous part of their bloodline.

Why is Wisdom not similarly capped?
Humans can only go to 23, and elves are 21, so why does halfie get 24?
Should they not maybe get 23 and say an int point, since the two elves are high int.
