  This small room is obviously designed for quiet study and contemplation.
There are many places to sit, from hard wooden chairs coupled with small
tables, to plush lounges covered with pillows.  Several charts hang from
the walls with various magical formulae written on them, most of them quite
rudimentary.  The room is lit by the same floating cerulean orb you have
seen all over the Consortium.  An archway leads south into the foyer, while
another, larger room connects to the east.  This entire room is quite plain
and austere, silent as a library.  Everyone studying within moves with
a quiet grace, not making any spare movements or erratic gestures.  A few
bookshelves are neatly organized alphabetically, storing journals and 
various treatises on the intricate workings of order magic.
