But when someone gives you a fight when theres no fights to be had, and that someone goes to great lengths to give you all the advantages, and you take a piece of gear that you can't/won't use, with the specific purpose of weakening the character for later fights, thats kinda douchy in my book.

I mean Kudos to him for figuring out that the weapon wasn't no-disarm, and finally getting his plan to work. Props for that. Its the after the fact that gets me. Just meh.
