Guess you'd struggle to recognise imbalance if you spent too much time with Baer.

Dex builds needed to be boosted a bit but the boost was excessive when combined with some of the other changes that went in at the same time. For example, making the hard to parry weapons easier to dodge (in general). Meant that the things that assassins, for example, had to be scared of, like axe bashers, were suddenly not serious threats.
